Supporting Returning Citizens e-Learning Course
“Supporting Returning Citizens” is a course we provide to staff working with formerly incarcerated people. The course uses interviews of Five Keys employees who discuss the challenges of returning to the workplace after long periods of incarceration. The activity includes multiple-choice questions, as well as long-form responses, which can be collected in a Learning Record Store.

First Day at Work Vyond Animation
“First Day at Work” ispart of an e-Learning course designed for new hires in multiple departments, who mayhave been out of the workforce for some time. In this video, we walk employees through the basics of getting started at Five Keys.
Accessible Workbooks and Facilitator Guides
Our 508 compliant workbooks and facilitator guides can be used virtually, with fillable input fields, or printed for physical distribution. We have in-house translators that can provide documents in English and in Spanish.
ACR statement:
The proposed VILT will contain video content produced using Adobe Premiere Pro software. Supporting documentation will be produced using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to create and modify according to Section 508 accessibility requirements. Microsoft Word versions will also be made available. Electronic media will be compiled in the Lectora authoring tool. All final products will be tested programmatically, as well as practicality, using screen reader and keyboard navigation, to ensure that material can be accessed using assistive technology.

Once created, all final products pertaining to a VILT will be tested, so that proprietary ACR’s can be completed for each of them.
